On Friday 22nd April myself and Zachary attended an appointment that we had booked weeks in advance for a 4D scan, at a small studio/centre not to far from where we live; this company is – Baby Scan Studios.

This appointment we went to was the second one that we have been to and both times we have been extremely satisfied with the whole service given by the company, the staff are lovely and welcoming and there centre is homely and comfortable.

Our first 4D scan was a present from my family, we had this particular scan around 11 weeks before our appointment (around 17 weeks) on Friday; and I cannot express how amazing it is to see how much our baby has grown.

The detail that you can see during a 4D scan is honestly fantastic, your able to see so much detail in comparison to a 2D scan – you can see everything in greater detail, baby’s mouth, nose, eyes, hands, feet so much clearer that the standard scans that you are given through the hospital. (2D)

During our scan we were able to see our baby yawning, pouting and pulling so many different facial expressions.. we also saw our baby stretching, sucking thumb, twisting and turning and got to see hands and feet – 4D scans are a million times better than standard scans; as the detail that you can see is amazing and words cannot describe how surreal and how heart-warming these scans are.

I would 100% recommend to everyone who is considering booking a 4D scan or have the opportunity to have one, to totally go for it!

The company that myself and Zachary went to – “Baby Scan Studios” offer several different packages from 16 weeks up: for example, a gender reveal package from 16 weeks which includes a sneak peak in 4D, then theres standard 4D packages that contain gifts – a cd that has over 50 pictures and vouchers. And not to forget several other packages that come with great deals and other items you can purchase from them, in relevance to the scan, this particular centre allow there scans to be booked at anytime, enabling you to book around your family and attend at anytime during the week and any hour during the day!!
